Commercial Executive – Marine Industry

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day commercial activities related to marine services, equipment and engineering projects.
- Prepare and submit quotations, commercial offers and other commercial documents.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, work orders and customer approvals.
- Maintain proper records of commercial transactions and customer correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements

Sales & Quotation Support
- Prepare quotations based on technical and operational inputs.
- Coordinate with the Technical, Procurement and Operations teams to obtain costing and pricing.
- Compare supplier/vendor quotations and support commercial negotiations.




- Track open quotations and follow up with customers for conversion.

Purchase & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with Procurement for material and service requirements.
- Obtain and compare vendor quotations.
- Assist in negotiating commercial terms, pricing and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials and services.
- Ensure purchase orders and commercial terms are properly documented.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Shipping, Logistics or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in the marine/shipping industry.
- Experience with marine services, ship spares, marine equipment or engineering services will be preferred.
- Good understanding of commercial processes, quotations, purchase orders and invoicing.
