Role Description The Cofounder with investment role at RAPIDRY is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves working closely with the founding team to shape overall business strategy, drive expansion, and strengthen operational processes across express ironing and laundry services. Daily responsibilities include evaluating and making strategic investment decisions, overseeing financial planning, and building partnerships with suppliers, franchisees, and institutional clients.

The Cofounder will support brand development, contribute to marketing and customer acquisition initiatives, and help design scalable systems for quality control, service delivery, and staff management.



This position requires active involvement in key business decisions, hands-on engagement with on-ground operations, and regular collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong business strategy and entrepreneurship skills, with experience in scaling early-stage or growth-stage ventures.
- Financial acumen, including investment evaluation, budgeting, and basic familiarity with fundraising or capital allocation.
- Operational management skills in service, retail, or logistics environments, with a focus on process improvement and quality assurance.
- Stakeholder management and partnership-building skills, including the ability to negotiate and maintain long-term relationships.
- Leadership and team management capabilities, with an inclusive, collaborative approach and the ability to work on-site in a quick-paced setting.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills, with comfort in data-driven and customer-centric thinking.
- Previous experience in consumer services, retail, or laundry/garment care is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
