Role: Co-Pilot AI Engineer

Location: Chennai / Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Employment: Full time

Shift: UK (2–11 PM IST)

This is a Developer Role, not a Low-Code Admin Role

We need software engineers who write code daily and extend Copilot Studio with custom backends. Low-code-only candidates will be rejected.

Must-Haves:

- Pro-code development in C#/.NET or Python or TypeScript/Node.js (recent, production-grade)
- Custom API development – built REST APIs from scratch, integrated with Copilot Studio via custom connectors/actions
- Copilot Studio experience – but only if extended with custom code (custom actions, connectors, or Azure Functions) – not just topics/entities
- Azure OpenAI / RAG – implemented RAG pipelines (chunking, embeddings, vector search)
- Authentication – hands-on with OAuth 2.0, Entra ID app registrations, token management
- Azure services – Functions, App Service, AI Foundry (or similar)
- Git/CI/CD – version control and deployment pipelines
