Salary Range- 8:00 to 12.00 LPA

Stability Criteria: They should be working in the current organization for minimum two years and for one year in the previous organization or vice versa.

We are looking for a dynamic Techno-Marketing professional with a strong understanding of Commercial Lines underwriting and sales. The candidate will be responsible for supporting business development through technical product understanding, underwriting coordination between retail sales and CL UW.

Experience: 3–8 years in General Insurance, preferably Commercial Lines

Primary Responsibilities

 Recruit, onboard, license, and activate IRDA agents to drive business growth and channel productivity.

 Build and maintain solid relationships with existing agents, providing ongoing support and business guidance

 Support business development by leveraging product knowledge and identifying sales opportunities within the agency channel.

 Coordinate between Retail Sales and CL Underwriting teams to facilitate smooth policy issuance and resolve underwriting queries.

 Ensure compliance with IRDA regulations, company policies, and operational processes while achieving business targets.
