Key Responsibilities

- Drive cluster-level sales, revenue and business targets.
- Manage multiple branches and monitor KPIs and performance.
- Drive student acquisition, counselling and admissions conversion.
- Support new branch expansion and setup.
- Recruit, train and onboard sales teams.
- Monitor CRM, sales funnel and conversion metrics.




- Collaborate with Marketing and internal teams to drive business growth.
- Handle student/parent escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- 7+ years of relevant Study Abroad / Overseas Education Sales experience.
- Strong B2C sales, student recruitment and admissions experience.
- Experience managing multiple branches and large sales teams.
- Branch expansion experience is preferred.
- Germany education experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and closing skills.
