Summary

As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and constructing cloud application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud-based and traditional infrastructure. The role includes testing and deploying these solutions to ensure they meet performance and security standards. The engineer also develops infrastructure and platform environments, creating proof of architecture models to validate the feasibility and robustness of the proposed designs.

Collaboration with various teams to align architecture with organizational goals and continuous improvement of deployment processes are key aspects of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of new cloud technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
- Ensure continuous monitoring and optimization of cloud infrastructure for reliability and efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure automation and orchestration tools.
- Strong knowledge of system monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and Docker.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and highly available cloud environments.
- Expertise in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
