Role Overview

The Cloud HCM Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing cloud-based Human Capital Management systems. This role serves as a bridge between HR and technology teams, ensuring that Cloud HCM solutions support business goals, streamline HR processes, and deliver an excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cloud HCM System Implementation & Configuration

- Implement and configure Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning, etc.).

- Conduct requirement gathering, system design,



testing, and deployment activities.

- Customize workflows, business rules, integrations, and security roles.

2. HR Technology & Process Optimization

- Translate HR business needs into system solutions.

- Improve HR processes through automation and digital transformation.

- Document functional and technical specifications.

3. Integrations & Data Management

- Support integrations between HCM systems and payroll, finance, identity management, and other platforms.

- Assist with data migration, validation, and data quality audits.
