- Ensure the availability and accessibility of mission critical software/services & systems

- Maintain infrastructure through reusable code and tooling
- Use metrics and monitoring systems to ensure performance, scalability, and stability
- Interact with other teams to ensure the uptime and reliability of infrastructure, improve integration & release process

- Put in place knowledge management processes
