Role Description This full time, on-site Clinical Research Associate role is based in Bhubaneshwar.

The Clinical Research

Associate will support the planning, initiation, and monitoring of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards. Daily responsibilities include reviewing study documentation, coordinating with clinical sites, verifying source data, and maintaining accurate trial records. The role involves collaborating with investigators, site staff, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, track study progress,



and ensure participant safety and data integrity.

The Clinical Research

Associate will also contribute to reports, audits, and continuous improvement of clinical operations processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of clinical trial protocols and their application in study design and conduct.
- Candidates should possess skills and experience as Clinical Research Associates, including site monitoring and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of clinical trials and clinical research processes, including ethics and regulatory compliance.
- Candidates should possess competencies in research and clinical operations, including documentation, data review, and workflow management.
- Relevant degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, medicine, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams and work effectively in an on-site environment.
