Role Description The Client Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. In this role, the individual will act as the primary point of contact, manage client accounts, understand business objectives, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver digital marketing and web development solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting regular check-ins,



tracking campaign performance, addressing concerns, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.

The Client Relationship

Manager will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure timely project delivery and high client satisfaction. The role also involves gathering feedback, aligning expectations, and contributing to continuous improvement of services and processes.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management, account handling, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, web development processes, and SEO fundamentals.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance, interpret data, and present clear reports and recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects.
- Experience working in an agency, marketing, or technology-driven setting is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working on-site in Chennai and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client goals.
