Nissi Computing Labs LLP is looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Client Increment at our Kozhikode location.

At NCL, we build innovative technology solutions across industries including Education, Supply Chain Management, Out-of-Home Media, and Government Services, leveraging technologies such as Big Data, IoT, Augmented Reality, and Artificial Intelligence.

? Location: Kozhikode/ Calicut

? Employment Type: Full-Time

? Work Mode: On-Site

? What You’ll Do

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Understand client requirements, business needs, and expectations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requirements
- Regularly follow up with clients and ensure a positive customer experience
- Collect and track client feedback and identify areas for improvement
- Handle client concerns and escalations in a skilled and timely manner
- Maintain accurate client records and interaction details
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Monitor client satisfaction and contribute towards client retention and growth
- Share client feedback and insights with the management team
- Contribute ideas to improve service quality and customer experience

? What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities




- Ability to understand client needs and manage expectations effectively
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Ability to build trust-based relationships with clients
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple client requirements simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM tools or similar platforms is an advantage
- Basic understanding of software products or technology services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in client-facing, customer service, business development, or relationship management roles is an advantage
