We are expanding our US market presence and looking for a results-driven Client Acquisition Executive to drive new business and build strong client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and approach potential US clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, referrals, and networking.
- Connect with recruiters, staffing companies, HR leaders, hiring managers, founders, and business owners.
- Understand client requirements and present SquirrelView services.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting and follow-ups to negotiation and closing.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve client acquisition and revenue targets.

REQUIREMENTS





- 1–5 years of experience in US B2B Sales, Business Development, IT Staffing, Recruitment, RPO, HR Services, or related fields.
- Proven US client acquisition or business development experience.
- Good understanding of the US staffing and recruitment ecosystem.
- Strong cold calling, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, CRM, and sales prospecting tools.
- Knowledge of US work authorizations such as OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, EAD, GC, and USC is preferred.
- Familiarity with W2, C2C, 1099, Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Direct Hire models is an advantage.

PERFORMANCE

Performance will be evaluated based on qualified leads, meetings, sales opportunities, new clients acquired, revenue generated, pipeline development, and follow-up discipline.
