Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in India with AAA Constructions.

The Civil

Engineer will support the planning, design, and supervision of construction projects, with a focus on structural safety and durability in hill environments. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing engineering drawings, performing site inspections, coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role also involves contributing to stormwater and drainage solutions suited to hillside terrain, monitoring project progress,



and assisting in resolving construction-related technical issues.

The Civil

Engineer will help maintain quality, safety, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and applied Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to adapt solutions to hill terrain.
- Experience supporting or leading Civil Engineering projects, including planning, site supervision, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of stormwater management, drainage design, and slope stability considerations for hillside construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Familiarity with relevant Indian building codes, safety standards, and local regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in CAD or other engineering design software and basic project documentation tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in office and with diverse stakeholders.
- Prior experience in hill or rural infrastructure projects in Uttarakhand or similar regions is an advantage.
