Role Description The Civil Engineer will work full time on-site in Nagpur, supporting the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering and infrastructure projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing design drawings, calculations, and project documentation; coordinating with architects and planners to ensure structural feasibility and compliance; and assisting in site inspections to monitor construction quality and progress. The role involves contributing to stormwater management solutions, road and drainage design, and other civil works,



while ensuring adherence to safety standards and local codes.

The Civil

Engineer will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, provide technical input during project meetings, and help resolve engineering issues that arise during design or construction.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design skills, with the ability to apply core engineering principles to practical project solutions.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers on building, infrastructure, or land development projects.
- Planning skills for coordinating project stages, resources, and timelines in collaboration with architects and other professionals.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management, including drainage design, flood mitigation, and related local regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency with relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar) and MS Office tools.
- Familiarity with Indian building codes, standards, and municipal approval processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site and in multidisciplinary teams.
