This is a full-time, in office role at our spacious 5.5-acre campus in Malkapur (near Akola/Jalgaon).

? Role Description

As a Cinematographer, you will be responsible for planning and executing high-quality visual content for our YouTube channel and other digital platforms. You’ll work closely with the creative, production, and editing teams to create engaging, cinematic, and visually impactful content.

What You’ll Do:

- Plan and execute camera setups for YouTube videos, interviews, educational content, and short-form videos.
- Handle camera, lenses, lighting, framing, composition, and exposure to achieve professional-quality visuals.
- Create visually engaging shots that enhance storytelling and audience retention.
- Set up and manage lighting for studio, indoor, and outdoor shoots.
- Work with directors, content creators, and editors to understand the creative vision and execute it effectively.
- Shoot multiple formats including long-form YouTube videos, Shorts, reels, interviews, and promotional content.
- Experiment with different camera techniques, compositions, movements, and visual styles.
- Ensure proper technical quality of footage, including focus, exposure, white balance, and continuity.
- Collaborate with the post-production team to ensure footage is captured with editing and color grading in mind.
- Stay updated with the latest cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, shooting techniques,



and AI-powered production tools.
- Maintain and manage camera, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.

? Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Cinematographer, DOP, Camera Operator, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of camera operation, cinematography, lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, tripods, and lighting equipment.
- Good understanding of shot composition, camera movement, framing, and exposure.
- Experience shooting YouTube and digital content is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of basic post-production and color grading workflows.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with creative and production teams.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in visual quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced content environment and deliver within deadlines.
- A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating your cinematography skills.
