About the RoleWe are looking for a Cinematographer / Cameraman who is interested in photography and videography and can contribute to creating high-quality visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, events, and educational content.

The candidate will be responsible for capturing photos and videos, handling basic camera and lighting equipment, and collaborating with the Content and Marketing teams to create engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities

- Capture high-quality photos and videos for social media, digital marketing, and promotional content.
- Operate cameras and basic lighting and audio equipment.
- Plan and execute photo and video shoots based on content requirements.
- Create visual content for Reels, YouTube Shorts, UGC, promotional videos, and campaigns.
- Apply appropriate framing, composition, lighting, and camera angles during shoots.
- Coordinate with the Content and Marketing teams to understand shoot requirements.
- Organize, manage, and maintain photo and video files and raw footage.




- Support the team with creative ideas for visual storytelling and content production.
- Ensure that equipment is handled properly and maintained during shoots.
- Assist with basic video production activities when required.

Requirements
- Fresher or 0–1 year of experience in photography, videography, cinematography, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of camera operation, photography, and videography.
- Understanding of framing, composition, lighting, and camera angles.
- Ability to capture both photos and videos.
- Basic knowledge of video production and equipment handling.
- Familiarity with cameras such as Sony, Canon, Nikon, or similar is an advantage.
- Creative mindset with a good visual sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Content, Marketing, and other internal teams.
- A portfolio, sample work, or academic/personal projects demonstrating photography or videography skills is preferred.
- English and Hindi communication skills are required.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
- Candidates based in Hyderabad or willing to work from Hyderabad are preferred.
