- At least five years of experience leading enterprise-level strategy, transactions, transformation or new-business mandates.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into measurable business and financial outcomes.
- Hands-on experience in acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, diversification or new-business development.
- Strong expertise in market assessment, financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, capital allocation and investment returns.
- Experience in transaction structuring, post-merger integration and synergy realization will be strongly valued.
- Direct experience working with promoters, boards, CEOs or senior leadership teams.
