Virinchi is looking for a high-ownership, action-oriented professional to join us as Chief of Staff to the Director of Transformation.

This is a unique opportunity to execute new initiatives across the Virinchi Group and build strong relationships with startups to bring them into Virinchi to pilot and develop solutions.

If you enjoy turning ideas into action, working with founders, managing multiple initiatives, and operating in an environment where no two days are the same, this role could be for you.

THE ROLE

Chief of staff to the Director of Transformation at Virinchi. You execute the Director's new initiatives across the group's businesses, and you run the first of them: bringing startups in to build with Virinchi.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

?DRIVE NEW INITIATIVES





✅Execute new initiatives across the Virinchi Group.

✅Turn strategic direction into actionable plans and drive them through execution.

✅Coordinate with internal stakeholders and ensure initiatives move forward.

?BUILD STARTUP RELATIONSHIPS

✅Identify and evaluate promising startups.

✅Build relationships with founders and the startup ecosystem.

✅Bring relevant startups into Virinchi for pilots and collaboration.

✅Drive pilots from initial discussions through execution.

?REPRESENT VIRINCHI

✅Engage with founders, accelerators, investors, and ecosystem partners.

✅Build and maintain strong external relationships.

✅Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaboration.

?OWN THE RECORD & EXECUTION

✅Track decisions, open items, priorities, and next steps.

✅Follow up across multiple workstreams and ensure timely execution.

✅ Exercise good judgment on what matters, what can wait, and what needs escalation.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You might be a great fit if you:

✔️Have operated in a high-ownership environment such as a Founder’s Office, early-stage startup, venture, consulting, or a community/project you built yourself.





✔️Have a track record of bringing people together and keeping them engaged, whether a founder community, an event series, a developer program, or an open-source project

✔️Are already connected to the startup ecosystem and can open doors with founders, accelerators, and investors.

✔️Communicate with exceptional clarity in writing and can turn complex or messy situations into a one-page briefs and recommendations.

✔️Are technically fluent and comfortable understandings what technical founders are building, even if you are not a coder.

✔️Have a solid bias to action, are comfortable with ambiguity, and can run several threads at once without dropping any.

✔️Demonstrate good judgment about what matters, what can wait, and what needs escalation.

NICE TO HAVE

✅Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry.

✅Prior Exposure to hospital or enterprise operations.

✅Public speaking or published writing experience.

✅Willingness to travel for meetings, startup engagements, partnerships, and business initiatives.

✅Basic understanding of booking, procurement, and reservation processes.

We value demonstrated initiative over credentials. There is no specific degree requirement for this role.
