Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at MHS | My Haul Store will lead the overall strategic direction, growth, and performance of the organization. This full-time on-site role, based in Bengaluru South, includes overseeing daily operations, driving revenue and profitability, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to brand and influencer partners. The CEO will develop and implement business plans, set organizational goals, and align cross-functional teams across finance, operations, sales, and marketing.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining key client and stakeholder relationships,



identifying recent market opportunities, and guiding the company’s positioning in the influencer marketing sector. The CEO will also mentor the leadership team, foster an inclusive and collaborative culture, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee workflows, optimize processes, and ensure service quality.
- Candidates should possess Business Planning and Strategic Planning skills to define long-term vision, set objectives, and execute growth strategies.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including leadership in business development, key account management, and revenue growth.
- Experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably as a CEO or similar executive position.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build and lead diverse teams, drive change, and promote a collaborative, ethical work environment.
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
