Responsibilities

- Lead the architectural and design team in developing innovative and sustainable design solutions for real estate projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure design concepts align with project requirements and objectives.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance on architectural design, materials selection, and construction techniques.
- Oversee the development of architectural drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architectural design and construction.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth and development within the architecture and design team.
- Ensure adherence to relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and project management, to achieve project goals and objectives.





Qualifications

Experience
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in architectural design, project management, and team leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex real estate projects from conception to completion.

Education Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.

Certification required
- Professional Architectural License.
