?We’re hiring: Chairman's Office Intern at Trans ACNR

Most internships hand you slide decks to format and coffee to fetch. This one hands you a seat in the room where the actual decisions get made.

Trans ACNR is one of India's fastest-growing transport HVAC&R; and thermal management manufacturers, powering critical climate control systems for across bus, commercial EV battery, defence, railway, and truck. We're not just growing in one lane. We're scaling across multiple verticals at once, and we need someone sharp enough to keep pace with all of them.

As Chairman's Office Intern, you'll work directly with leadership on:

- Manufacturing operations optimization across plant locations

Sales strategy and market approach
- Data analysis to drive real business decisions, using modern tools including AI for synthesis and insight
- Digital transformation initiatives
- Technology implementation projects
- Scoping and evaluating new business verticals

This is not a shadowing role. You'll own problems end to end, present findings to leadership directly,



and see your recommendations shape actual outcomes, not sit in a drawer.

Who we want: builders, thinkers, and operators. People with a strong problem-solving mindset, curiosity about business and technology, and the ability to take ownership and execute fast. Prior exposure to startups, consulting, or analytics is a plus, not a requirement. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business Management preferred.
