Key Responsibilities:

Clinic Operations

- Oversee daily operations of the pet OPD, grooming, and pharmacy services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement and maintain the holistic and fear-free approach in all services.

Team Leadership

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of veterinarians, groomers, and support staff.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
- Handle staff scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.

Customer Service

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
