About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and responsible Center Coordinator / Technical Training Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our training center while ensuring smooth delivery of technical training programs.

The ideal candidate will be a strong people manager and coordinator who can work closely with trainers, students, academic teams, placement teams, and management to ensure an excellent learning experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesCenter Operations

- Manage the day-to-day functioning of the training center.
- Ensure classes, labs, assessments, and other academic activities run smoothly.
- Coordinate classroom and lab schedules, trainer allocation, and batch planning.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional standards across the center.
- Handle operational issues and ensure their timely resolution.

Training & Academic Coordination

- Coordinate with technical trainers for smooth execution of courses and curriculum.
- Monitor trainer attendance, class schedules, syllabus progress, and batch performance.
- Track student attendance, participation, assignments, assessments, and academic progress.
- Ensure training delivery follows the planned curriculum and academic standards.
- Identify gaps in training delivery and coordinate corrective actions.

Team Management

- Coordinate with trainers, counselors, placement teams, and support staff.
- Conduct regular reviews with trainers regarding batch progress and student feedback.
- Help onboard and coordinate recent trainers.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and productive center environment.

Student Management

- Act as an escalation point for student academic and operational concerns.
- Regularly collect and analyze student feedback.
- Address issues related to classes, trainers, schedules, labs, and learning experience.




- Ensure students receive timely communication regarding classes, assessments, events, and other activities.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports related to batches, attendance, trainers, and center operations.
- Track batch-wise academic progress and completion.
- Prepare MIS reports and share important updates with management.
- Monitor key center performance indicators and take corrective actions where required.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Good understanding of technical training / IT education environments
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple batches and teams simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets / basic MIS reporting
- Ability to handle students, trainers, and operational escalations professionally
- Strong ownership and accountability

Preferred Technical ExposureCandidates with knowledge or exposure to areas such as: Python | Data Analytics | Data Science | Full Stack Development | AI/ML | Web Development | Cloud | Programming will be preferred.

Note: This is primarily a center management, academic coordination, and training operations role. Deep hands-on coding expertise is not mandatory, but a good understanding of technical education and IT courses is highly desirable.Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is:
