As a CCE, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiating contracts to ensuring timely execution and compliance.

Your role will involve collaborating with various teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to deliver efficient and effective contract management solutions. You will also provide commercial insights and support to our back-office operations, ensuring smooth and profitable business processes.

Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, and execution.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate contract records.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to develop and implement contract management strategies.
- Provide commercial support and advice to back-office operations, optimizing business processes.
- Conduct regular contract reviews and identify areas for improvement or cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.




- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in contract and commercial management.
- Develop and implement efficient contract management systems and processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting on contract-related activities and performance.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial principles.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office suite.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
