Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough process analysis and identify areas for improvement in BPM and WFM.
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design efficient process workflows.
- Document and communicate process changes effectively to ensure understanding and adoption.
- Monitor process performance and identify bottlenecks, proposing solutions for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in BPM and WFM.
- Train and support team members in adopting new processes and best practices.
- Conduct regular process audits and provide recommendations for process enhancements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in process optimization, preferably in a BPM or WFM environment.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify process inefficiencies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
- Experience in process automation and workflow management is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards is preferred.
