Athena Behavioral Health is inviting applications for the position of Case Manager at our Guwahati, Assam & Gr. Noida facility.
Position: Case Manager
Location: Guwahati, Assam & Gr. Noida
Working Hours: 9 Hours/Day | 6 Days/Week
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Daily patient interaction and progress monitoring
✔️ Participate in IPD rounds and prepare detailed reports
✔️ Coordinate with the healthcare team for diagnosis and treatment planning
✔️ Provide psychoeducation to patients and families
✔️ Conduct individual and family counseling sessions
✔️ Develop comprehensive discharge plans
✔️ Act as the key link between patients, families, and the healthcare team
Eligibility
? Bachelor's/Master's in Clinical Psychology?
Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 1.5 years of experience as a Case Manager are welcome to apply.
