Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Career Counselor role based in Bengaluru South.

The Career

Counselor will support students and professionals through one-on-one counseling sessions, group workshops, and career planning discussions aligned with Cloud, Data Engineering, and AI pathways. The career counselor should handle the leads of the company and convert them.

Responsibilities include assessing individual aspirations and skills, guiding learners on suitable training programs, helping them build resumes and portfolios, and preparing them for interviews and hiring processes. The role also involves tracking learner progress, maintaining accurate counseling records, collaborating with instructors and placement teams,



and contributing to career development content and resources. The counselor will actively participate in events, information sessions, and feedback loops to continuously improve the learner experience and outcomes.

Salary : 15000- 28000

Depending on the performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Career Counseling and Student Counseling to guide diverse learners through academic and professional choices.
- Candidates should possess skills in Career Development and Career Management to design actionable learning plans and long-term growth strategies.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to conduct transparent counseling sessions, workshops, and employer interactions.
- Relevant experience in educational institutions, training academies, or career services, preferably focused on technology or STEM fields.
- Strong understanding of current job market trends in Cloud, Data Engineering, and AI, and the ability to translate them into practical advice.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teaching, operations, and placement teams, and to manage multiple learner cases efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field; a counseling certification or advanced degree is an advantage.
