The Career Counsellor will guide students in making informed decisions about academic streams, higher education, entrance exams, and career pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide individual and group career counselling to students, especially Grades 8–12.
- Conduct career aptitude, interest, and personality assessments.
- Guide students on academic streams, courses, colleges, universities, and career options.
- Support students with college applications, entrance exams, scholarships, and admission processes.
- Conduct career awareness workshops, seminars, university sessions, and parent interactions.
- Maintain student counselling records and track career-planning progress.
- Coordinate with universities, colleges, industry professionals, parents, teachers, and school leadership.
- Stay updated on emerging careers,



higher-education opportunities, and admission trends.

Qualification & Experience

- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, or a related field.
- Certification in Career Counselling is preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a school or educational institution.
