Role Description The Caller role at Digitals Journey is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Caller will handle outbound and inbound calls to prospects and existing clients, share information about the agency’s services, and help qualify leads for the sales and marketing teams. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating CRM records, following call scripts where applicable, and scheduling follow-up calls or meetings.

The Caller will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent communication and support conversion efforts, while maintaining qualified and courteous interactions in every conversation.





Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, including clear spoken English and the ability to explain services such as digital marketing, Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and lead generation.
- Experience in customer interaction or telecalling, with skills in active listening, rapport building, and handling basic objections professionally.
- Ability to work with call logs and CRM or lead management tools, including updating records accurately and following structured workflows.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to manage high call volumes, prioritize follow-ups, and meet daily and weekly targets.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts or willingness to learn quickly to represent Digitals Journey’s services effectively.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in the Greater Kolkata Area, with a collaborative mindset and a focus on team goals.
- Prior experience in call center, telesales, or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and further education in business or marketing is an advantage.
