Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Call Agent role based in Nalagarh.

The Call

Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve basic issues or escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team. The role includes recording call details accurately, updating customer records, and following established scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service.

Agent will collaborate with sales and operations teams to track orders, confirm deliveries, and support follow-up communication. The position requires adherence to company policies, meeting daily call targets, and maintaining a polite,

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong verbal communication skills, active listening abilities, and clear, professional telephone etiquette.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including data entry skills and the ability to work with call management or CRM software.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills, including problem-solving, empathy, and the ability to manage difficult conversations calmly.
- Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills to handle call volumes, prioritize tasks, and follow up promptly.
- Relevant experience in call center, customer support, or telecalling roles is beneficial; prior work in retail or product-based businesses is a plus.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training in communication or customer service is advantageous.
- The ability to work on-site in Nalagarh, collaborate with team members, and follow company procedures and quality standards is essential.
