- Qualification: CA Freshers / CA with relevant FDD exposure during Articleship
- Prior exposure to Financial Due Diligence (FDD), Transaction Advisory Services or Assurance is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ? BENGALURU | TAS Associate - Experience: 0–1 year
- Qualification: CA / CA Inter
- Exposure to FDD / Transaction Advisory Services / Assurance preferred
- Solid analytical and communication skills ? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Assist Seniors, Managers and Partners in conducting financial due diligence on middle-market companies across various industries
- Conduct analytical reviews of financial data and prepare findings




- Prepare draft reports for management review
- Work on data reporting, data management and Databooks
- Research and analyse issues arising during engagements
- Support multiple engagements while maintaining quality and timelines ? WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Strong analytical, critical thinking and research skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organization and project management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and simultaneous projects
