Role Description The CA Associate – Kothrud role at Xpozive Media is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The associate will support accounting and financial reporting activities, including preparation of ledgers, vouchers, and financial statements under the guidance of senior team members.

Responsibilities include assisting with tax computations and filings, handling compliance documentation, and coordinating with auditors and external stakeholders as needed. The role involves maintaining accurate records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring adherence to relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The CA Associate will also collaborate with internal teams, respond to finance-related queries, and contribute to process improvements and timely completion of monthly and annual closing activities.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting,



and tax concepts.
- Ability to prepare and review ledgers, vouchers, reconciliations, and basic financial statements.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements, audit support, and documentation practices.
- Proficiency with accounting software, spreadsheets, and other productivity tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Relevant academic background in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA intern or pursuing CA qualification is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Pune City, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks responsibly.
