Role Description The Business Sales Representative is a full-time role responsible for driving growth by promoting AmbSeva’s medical support services to individuals, businesses, and partner organizations. This hybrid position is based in Raipur, with a combination of on-site client visits and some work-from-home activities such as follow-ups and documentation. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, and managing the sales pipeline.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams, responding to customer inquiries, negotiating contracts,



and achieving sales targets.

Representative is expected to maintain detailed account records, prepare regular sales reports, and represent AmbSeva professionally in the local market.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to build trust and engage diverse clients.
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Proficiency in Account Management, with a focus on maintaining long-term client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing both field work in Raipur and remote tasks effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Prior experience in healthcare, emergency services, or related industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
