? Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Operations Executive to manage day-to-day business data, systems, reporting, and operational coordination across the company. The role will own system compliance, backend transaction health, operational data maintenance, and cross-functional visibility while working closely with Q-Commerce, E-Commerce, Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and platform teams to ensure smooth operations, accurate data, and timely execution.

? Results

Provide additional support in the broader operational workflows, commercial systems architecture, and business performance tracking processes as required by the reporting manager.

⚙️ Responsibilities

1. ? System Data Management: Manage and maintain critical business data across Unicommerce, Odoo, and other core operational platforms.
2. ? Transactional Architecture Integrity: Ensure accurate and timely system updates of customer orders, inventory levels, SKU listings, product pricing matrices, information assets, and day-to-day transactions.
3. ? Management Information Systems (MIS): Prepare and regularize daily, weekly, and monthly MIS performance dashboards and reports for executive management decision-making.
4. ?️‍♂️ Operational Metric Tracking: Track, review, and evaluate sales performance, order pipelines, live inventory positions, internal stock movements, product returns, cancellations, and other core execution metrics.
5. ? Data Reconciliation Protocols:



Reconcile system transactions with physical warehouse inventory layouts and platform operational records to identify, log, and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
6. ? Cross-Functional Growth Support: Support Q-Commerce, E-Commerce, and traditional Sales channels with dedicated reporting, backend database queries, and custom operational data points.
7. ?️ Inter-departmental Coordination Management: Coordinate systematically across Warehouse operations, Corporate Finance, Channel Sales, and third-party platform management to triage and resolve live execution hurdles.
8. ? Quality Control Audit Metrics: Monitor end-to-end data accuracy structures to ensure real-time synchronized data updates flow completely across all corporate systems.
9. ? Process Optimization Analysis: Identify operational process gaps, systemic data exceptions, and operational distribution inefficiencies, actively engineering robust corrective workflows.
10. ? Documentation Infrastructure Management: Maintain perfectly organized documentation structures, compliance files, and historic operational transaction logs.
11. ? Ad-Hoc Strategic Support: Support senior executive management panels with custom, rapid-turnaround ad-hoc data extractions and business analysis models.

? KPI Indicators
1. ? Data & System Accuracy Metrics: Document, trace, and maintain zero-defect standards for database entry points, order streams, and pricing updates across Odoo and Unicommerce.
2. ⏰ Timely Management Reporting: Establish flawless execution workflows for daily, weekly, and monthly MIS delivery matrices,



ensuring compliance with strict management schedules.
3. ? Inventory Reconciliation Excellence: Secure regularized systemic reconciliations against warehouse stock records to maximize system data matching accuracy and lower system variances.
4. ⚡ Operational Efficiency & Issue Resolution: Track cross-functional issue remediation logs, demonstrating reduced resolution cycles for operational gridlocks and workflow exceptions.

? Experience (Industry type & Duration)
- ⭐ Preferred: FMCG / Food industry operational background is highly preferred.

? Qualification
- ? Essential: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems Management, Commerce, Statistics, Corporate Operations, or a completely synchronous operational stream.

? Preferred Skills
- ?️ Prior working experience managing Unicommerce ERP and Odoo systems framework infrastructure.
- ? Advanced technical mastery over MS Excel and Google Sheets data functions (e.g., pivot architectures, complex lookups, data string macros).
- ? Comprehensive grasp of physical warehouse inventory lifecycles, purchase orders, sales channels, and corporate operations logic.
- ? Sharp analytical processing capability matched with dynamic problem-solving competencies.
- ?️ Meticulous attention to detail and a high baseline standard for cross-system database accuracy.
- ?️ Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities and structured cross-functional team coordination skills.
- ? Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple parallel operations work streams effectively within fast-paced ecosystems.
