Role Description The Business Head role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai, responsible for leading overall business operations, growth, and profitability for Weboin Digital Marketing Agency. This role involves developing and executing business strategies, setting revenue and performance targets, and overseeing client acquisition and retention efforts across key sectors.

The Business

Head will manage cross-functional teams in digital marketing, sales, and technology, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring business performance metrics,



driving process improvements, managing key client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. The role also requires close collaboration with senior leadership to refine service offerings, strengthen brand positioning, and ensure ethical, high-quality delivery across all engagements.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience building and guiding cross-functional teams.
- Business strategy, planning, and growth management skills, including revenue forecasting, market analysis, and performance tracking.
- Experience in digital marketing and online brand development, preferably within an agency or consulting setting.
- Client relationship management and account management skills, with a track record of managing key accounts and complex projects.
- Operational excellence and process improvement skills, including the ability to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities, with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Background in technology, sales, or marketing, ideally with exposure to sectors such as Education, Real Estate, Medical, Fashion & Apparel, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Technology, Retail, or Infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Proven experience in a senior business leadership role within a digital, marketing, or technology-driven organization.
