Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building a strong pipeline through outreach, networking, and digital channels. The specialist will conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, and use these insights to propose suitable agency services.

Daily activities include engaging prospects, presenting solutions, nurturing relationships,
