We’re Hiring: Business Development Specialist – Real Estate Services

PropITZ is looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Specialist to help grow our real-estate services business in Chennai.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 2–4 years

Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month + performance incentives

? Role: Full time | Office and field-based

Key responsibilities

- Generate business from property owners, buyers, builders, brokers and investors
- Develop referral and channel partnerships
- Promote property verification, EC, Patta, registration support, transaction advisory and property-marketing services
- Follow up on digital, referral and direct enquiries
- Conduct client meetings and field visits
- Prepare proposals and convert opportunities into collected revenue
- Maintain leads, follow-ups and pipeline information in the CRM

Who should apply?
- Candidates with 2–4 years of experience in business development, real estate,



financial services or consultative sales
- Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills
- Good knowledge of the Chennai market
- Fluency in Tamil and working proficiency in English
- Willingness to travel
- Two-wheeler must
