Preferred Qualifications (Full time):

- Graduate or Post Graduate in any subject of Life Sciences / Chemistry or Chemical Engineering / Environmental Engineering.

Experience Range and Knowledge:

- 5+ years post qualification doing B2B Sales/BD

Role & responsibilities:

- Sales of process chemicals and enzymes for wastewater treatment and biogas production
- Extensive travelling and approach customers to understand their requirement and generate enquiries, identify opportunities and conduct market analysis
- Coordinate with various operating groups and develop a competitive proposal
- Submit offers in consultation with all stakeholders and pursue to convert into order
- Engage in techno-commercial discussions & finalization with clients
- Meet sales targets,



track & report sales and marketing activities on a decided periodic basis
- Analyze market trends, mapping the market, keep track of the competitors and update R&D; and other departments about them
- To promote Catalysts products/technologies in Distilleries, Paper and Biogas verticals.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Should be conversant with standard conventional and modern practices in water treatment (especially in distilleries, sugar mills, paper mills), biogas/Bio-CNG production from different types of wastes (press mud, agricultural waste, distillery spent wash and process condensate, paper industry waste etc.), cooling towers and RO plants
- Should have 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in distilleries, sugar mills, biogas plants, paper mills.
- Must have proven track record in sales and business development in wastewater treatment, waste management and biogas/Bio-CNG/CBG sector.
- Must have a flair to work for Project development right from early stages
- Solid knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, technologies, ZLD and regulatory requirements.
- Frequent travelling required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
