- Wellness is looking for a confident, customer-focused Business Development &
- Sales Executive who can drive revenue while delivering an exceptional guest experience. This is not a desk sales role—you will be the face of our Calangute outlet, responsible for converting walk-ins, generating new business, building local partnerships, and ensuring every client leaves wanting to return. If you enjoy sales as much as hospitality, this role is for you. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development &
- SalesAchieve monthly revenue and membership targets. Generate current business through hotels, resorts, travel agents, and local partnerships. Convert walk-in enquiries into confirmed bookings and premium treatments. Promote memberships, packages, gift vouchers, and seasonal offers. Follow up with leads and past clients to drive repeat business.

Customer

ExperienceWelcome and assist clients with professionalism and warmth. Recommend treatments based on client needs and preferences. Handle appointments, enquiries, and customer feedback efficiently.



Maintain exceptional service standards throughout the customer journey.

Outlet

OperationsCoordinate daily bookings and therapist schedules. Ensure the reception and guest areas are always presentation-ready. Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports. Support marketing activities and in-store promotions. RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Front Office.

Experience in the Spa, Salon, Wellness, Luxury Hospitality, or Beauty industry is highly preferred. Strong spoken and written English is essential. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills. Confident using WhatsApp Business, MS Office, and booking/POS systems. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working weekends and holidays.
