As a Business Development / Outbound Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying prospects, starting qualified conversations, nurturing leads, and helping build a consistent sales pipeline.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Researching target markets, companies, and decision-makers
- Building and qualifying prospect lists
- Running outbound campaigns through LinkedIn, cold email, phone, and social platforms
- Personalising outreach instead of blindly sending templates
- Handling initial responses and common objections professionally
- Nurturing prospects and booking qualified meetings
- Maintaining accurate CRM and pipeline records
- Coordinating with the marketing and sales teams
- Preparing daily and weekly performance reports
- Reviewing campaign data and suggesting improvements to messaging, targeting, and conversion
- Representing TechXerro’s services clearly and credibly

This is a target-driven position. Activity matters, but performance will ultimately be measured through qualified conversations, opportunities, and meetings—not only by the number of messages sent.

Who Should Apply

- You have practical experience in lead generation, outbound prospecting, business development, or appointment setting




- You are comfortable using cold email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and social outreach
- You communicate confidently in written and spoken English
- You can research prospects and understand their business before contacting them
- You have strong analytical skills and can interpret outreach metrics and market trends
- You can handle objections, rejection, and follow-ups without losing consistency
- You understand professional customer service and relationship-building
- You can maintain accurate CRM records and manage your time independently
- You are comfortable working toward clear daily and monthly targets
- You are available to work on-site in Noida during a US/UK-aligned night shift

Familiarity with CRM systems, outbound automation tools, and sales pipeline management will be beneficial.

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
