Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities and expansion strategies

Manage distributor and channel partner networks

Drive sales growth and market penetration

Build strong relationships with key accounts and retail partners

Monitor market trends and competitive activities

Collaborate with marketing teams for launches and promotions

Ideal Candidate

6-10 years of experience in Business Development / Channel Sales

Background in Luxury Beauty, Fragrances, Cosmetics, Premium FMCG, or Lifestyle brands

Robust distributor management and retail expansion experience

Proven track record of achieving sales targets
