Role Description

This on-site internship role for a Business Development Manager is based in Jaipur. The intern will support lead generation, outreach to potential clients, and follow-ups to nurture relationships and expand the company’s network. Daily tasks include assisting with market research, compiling client and prospect data, preparing presentations and proposals, and coordinating meetings or calls with stakeholders.

The role also involves collaborating with senior team members to develop growth strategies, tracking key metrics, and contributing to promotional activities.



The position is designed to provide hands-on experience in business development while working closely with a mentoring team.

- Candidates should possess strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and partners.
- Candidates should possess analytical and research skills to support market analysis, identify opportunities, and interpret business data.
- Candidates should possess relationship-building and negotiation skills to assist in developing and maintaining client partnerships.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM software) and be comfortable learning new systems.
- Candidates should be eager to learn, demonstrate integrity and a professional attitude, and be able to work effectively in an on-site team workplace in Jaipur.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred; prior internship or project experience in sales or business development is an advantage.
