We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team and drive sales for our bathroom hygiene product.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Visit and connect with dealers, retailers, distributors, plumbers, contractors, builders, hotels, etc.
- Explain and demonstrate the product to customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Track market and competitor activities.
- Maintain regular sales and customer reports.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with field sales and travelling.
- Experience in sanitary ware, bathroom products, FMCG, hardware or consumer products will be an advantage.

Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 + Incentives
