? Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM | Onsite

? What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Drive end-to-end business development from lead generation to conversion & onboarding
- Handle cold calling & outbound outreach for international clients
- Identify, qualify & nurture potential leads
- Deliver effective pitches and convert prospects into clients
- Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain and manage prospects through CRM
- Work closely with sales & marketing teams to improve conversion strategies
- Achieve monthly sales KPIs, meetings, leads & revenue targets
- Track pipeline, performance and revenue through regular reporting
