/n Business Development Manager /n /n Aldecor is seeking a creative, collaborative, experienced professional to join our office as a Business Development Manager. The role will be a vital member of the office, working directly with the leadership in Bangalore office as a key source of knowledge and leadership for the marketing team in Bangalore. /n /n What You Will Do /n /n The marketing manager is responsible for project-level success of office marketing, communication & PR efforts and supporting marketing projects and initiatives: /n /n • Transparent and constant communication with Business Development (BD) leaders, weekly BD meeting/reporting (via salesforce) with senior staff. /n • Knows firm portfolio in detail, understands practice area capabilities, actively seeks out firm's best practices for use in office. /n • Conducts internal and external research on new opportunities, prospective clients and practice areas. /n • Leads strategy meetings with BD champions /n • Creates pitch strategy/budget with BD champion including research, network mapping, tasks/milestones, reviews and delivers pitch strategy throughout process /n • Researches targets, internal relationships, company history, market position; ensures client or 3rd party Q&A; and site visits /n • Concept/write/design new material as needed to support marketing programs /n • Manages daily workload/staffing for marketing team /n • Support marketing initiatives as part of the senior member of the marketing team. /n • Be the point person and responsible for Bangalore for Firmwide related projects (permissions, publications, submissions, etc.)



/n • Seeks out and implements process and content improvements /n • Coaches peers on new ideas /n • Mentors and trains junior team members in best practices while also inspiring them to be proactive in their own professional development /n • Maintains consistency of marketing deliverables, alignment with firm brand program, participates in design reviews with FW and regional marketing team /n • Maintains resources & information systems: ordering materials, updating project documentation, resumes, image libraries, support award submissions /n • Oversees local PR & communications efforts including: media, events, sponsorships, and photography /n • Leads local internal communications as relevant /n • Other responsibilities as assigned /n /n Your Qualifications /n /n • 0 to 5 years of professional experience in a marketing role, preferably for an architecture, design, engineering, construction, or industry-related firm. /n • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or adjacent field /n • Strong graphic design sensibility and written/verbal communication skills /n • Experience managing significant marketing projects independently, working closely with senior staff and leadership on marketing initiatives /n • Experience managing a team – hiring, training, mentorship, and leading talent /n • Experience strategically partnering and supporting senior staff on business-critical projects /n • Self-motivator with strong organizational and intra-personal skills; a great collaborator /n • Fluent in InDesign and Microsoft Office.
