Role Description The Business Development Intern will support the growth of InfyLearnn’s learning programs by identifying potential leads among students, colleges, and schools and engaging them through calls, messages, and online meetings. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research on educational institutions, maintaining lead databases, assisting in outreach campaigns, and coordinating with the training and marketing teams to convert prospects into participants. The intern will also help nurture relationships with existing partners, respond to inquiries, and provide basic customer support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.





This is a remote internship role, offering hands-on exposure to education-focused business development and collaboration with a dynamic team.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects and support learners and institutional partners.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills and an interest in sales outreach to help grow enrollment and partnerships.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, email, and social media) and have basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Candidates should demonstrate self-motivation, time management, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Interest in EdTech, training, or skill-development programs and prior internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or outreach will be an added advantage.
