Company Description Airaa is a creator marketing platform that runs UGC and campaign management for brands across TikTok, Instagram, X and YouTube. We work with a network of 50,000+ creators and currently support over 20 brand clients running campaigns through the platform. We're a small, early stage team, which means interns get real ownership from day one. you'll be working directly with the founders, not routed through layers of management.

Role Description This is a fully remote Business Development Intern role for someone who's already comfortable running cold outreach, not looking to learn it from scratch. You'll do lead generation and prospect research to find companies that fit who we sell to, then run outreach across LinkedIn, email, and sales tools like Apollo, Smartlead, or Waalaxy to start conversations with them. You'll follow up with prospects and qualify both inbound and outbound leads, and keep the sales pipeline updated so the team always knows where every deal stands.

You'll also support demos, meetings, and the general flow of the sales process as conversations move toward closed deals.



Since we're a small team, you'll own your outreach and pipeline directly rather than working off someone else's playbook. This isn't background busywork, you'll see the full sales cycle end to end, and your outreach and follow-ups will directly shape whether deals get done.

Solid performers will be considered for a full-time role after the internship.

Qualifications

- Strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable with cold outreach and not afraid of rejection or silence
- Good at researching companies and identifying the right person to reach out to
- Proactive and organised, comfortable taking ownership without needing constant direction
- Genuine interest in startups, SaaS, or the creator economy
- Hands on experience with sales/outreach tools like Apollo, Smartlead, Waalaxy or similar is a bonus
- Available for 3 months, full time; open to converting to a full-time role based on performance

Compensation: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month
