Key Responsibilities :

- Research and identify new business opportunities in existing markets as well explore new markets. Generate leads and cold call prospective clients.
- Create personalized pitch decks for pitching new clients.
- Conduct thorough research and develop short, mid & long term strategies for the clients with respect to their brand and business through extensive research of their industry & competitors.
- Sell digital marketing & branding services such as social media management, performance marketing, content development, SEO, ORM, logo & brand development, etc.
- Meet Monthly/quarterly/annual targets for business development and carry out sales forecasts and analysis to increase business volume of the agency.
- Arrange brainstorming sessions with internal teams, & connect with external partners to meet client’s requirements on need basis.




- Conduct constant market research and stay updated about marketing industry & competition.

Key Skillset :

- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills
- Marketing graduate (preferred).
- Strong ownership-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple leads and projects while meeting tight deadlines.
- Creative thinking and analytical problem solving.
- Strong client-service orientation.
- Proficient with MS-Office, presentation software including PowerPoint and Canva.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon.
- Prior experience with Digital Agency preferred.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and relevant domains.
- Research aptitude and an eye for details.
