Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for MBS Holistic Clinic, including building relationships with potential clients, partners, and referral sources in Bengaluru. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, follow-up on inquiries, managing client accounts, and maintaining accurate records of meetings, proposals, and conversions. The role involves collaborating with clinic leadership to develop outreach strategies, preparing presentations and marketing materials,



and representing the clinic at local events and networking activities.

This is a part-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular presence at the clinic to coordinate with the team and support client engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business growth, with the ability to identify opportunities and expand the client base.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Account Management to build, track, and nurture client relationships effectively.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional presentation abilities.
- Relevant experience in healthcare, wellness, or holistic services business development is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, manage part-time schedules responsibly, and collaborate within a small, client-focused team.
- Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and a genuine interest in holistic healing and client well-being.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field is an advantage.
