The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling client inquiries, promoting KalaTech's services, and developing strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through online and offline marketing activities
- Identify and approach potential clients
- Handle incoming inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email and social media
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable services
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations and service details
- Follow up with leads and convert them into clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
- Coordinate with the design, development and marketing team
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Maintain daily lead and follow-up records
